sm_8th_17x30.gif (1014 bytes)Chamber Music Columbus' Collaboration with The Chamber Music Connection. The Chamber Music Connection is a local organization providing chamber music education for music students of all ages and abilities. Each year, CMC has a Spring Weekend Festival of workshops and concerts at Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware. Chamber Music Columbus provides the booking and sales for a Friday evening concert. The Cavani String Quartet, a Chamber Music Columbus audience favorite, will perform and provide coaching and master classes as they have for several years.

If you'd like to know what makes a string quartet tick, we recommend Indivisible by Four: A String Quartet in Search of Harmony by Guarneri violinist Arnold Steinhardt. Look for it at your favorite bookstore, or go to Amazon.com or BarnesAndNoble.com (where you can even read a sample chapter on-line).

sm_8th_17x30.gif (1014 bytes)We have an e-mail notification service. Send your e-mail address to Chamber Music Columbus at info@CMColumbus.org, and we'll notify you of upcoming concerts and events.
